So this website is brought to you from the bottom of my heart.  My intentions are to help my fellow Christ-loving Native Americans and their family and friends advertise with me for free.  I pray that you find what you are looking for.

More Native Americans are waking up to the fact that Jesus Christ is NOT a "WHITE MANS GOD".  Natives are realizing that that is a lie from the pit of h-e-double-hockey-sticks!

Jesus - Yeshua, the Messiah, was sent by our Creator, our Papa God, supernaturally.  The angel Gabriel told Mary:

"31 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”

Luke 1:31-33

Yes, it's true, you can google it.  The entire story, the little details are so important to learn.  Such as; the Angel Gabriel was sent to give her the message.  That's a pretty BIG TIME!

Here's a really valuable website you can use to find the story of the Virgin Mary, Bible Gateway

The Birth of Jesus Foretold

(Let's back up a few sentences to Luke 1:26-28)

26 In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, 27 to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. 28 The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.”

Check it out in the Books of Matthew, Mark, and Luke.  Because if you didn't know, they coincide with each other.  Three Apostles that walked with Yeshua, giving their account.

How To Take Quality Photos For Marketing Your Creations

If you are an artist or creator of any kind, when you finish your project, you probably realized there's still more work to be done.  THE VERY FIRST THING YOU MUST DO:  Take a photo!  This will become a part of your portfolio for your gallery or just to have for yourself for memories.

The way I learned how to take photos of my jewelry was by observation.  I observed photos of other Native bead art and read articles and watched HOW-TO videos for tips.  These are all good sources for you.  You can look at my gallery pages for some ideas as well. Pick up some inexpensive jewelry displays at Hobby Lobby for 40% with the online coupon.

I don't always use white and off-white background but I make sure it's one solid color.  Too many colors or a pattern might make the photo look too busy.  I've used bedsheets, clothes, leather pelts many, many times and in several different colors.  Sometimes, well, most times when I'm in a rush (I admit I run on INDIAN TIME) and I have to get the item in the mail and I don't have time to stage a photo shoot.  hahaha, just kidding it's not that extravagant hee hee.  But, in that case, I will ship it out and ask the customer to send me a photo.

You MUST make sure the background of your photo is clear of any clutter. There should not be anything else but the item and the display in the photo.

I created the hair pipe bracelet in the background on this page.  It turned out awesome to my surprise.  For the photoshoot, I used what I had on hand.  I used some thick, white leather rolled up and slid the bracelet around it.  The background was from the same pelt of white leather.

I'm not too fond of photos with someone's hand holding the item as a display, but I have had my fair share of photos like that from back in the day (AAAAaa).  lol

See you Tuesday, same time, if not before.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 2/8 POST?  (It's lost in cyberspace)

February 10, 2021

Updated 1:07 p.m. 2/20/21

Sometimes I accidentally hit the wrong button and my entire project disappears.  Yeah! That happened.  If you caught it, I posted it Monday and I used this same background as this post.  The information I shared was letting you all know there are more Native American MADE items added to the Shoes of Peace website and it is growing. Another Bead Artist will be added soon too.

our newest Native American Vendor, AJ Foster.  I know his mom, Tonya, a beautiful sister in Christ. She has many talents I've observed; she reconstructs her clothing and gives it Native American esthetics.  Maybe we'll see some of her creations soon.  She helps AJ with the business along with his wife.  I know his beautiful grandmother too.  I actually met her first, out of the family, through my prayer group, Four Winds.  She is a powerful prayer warrior and an up-and-coming-preacher. She's a little SpitFire Kiowa that has a heart for the Lost.

Check out their vendor's page:

How's It Going My Peeps?  As a believer in Jesus Christ the Messiah, Yeshua Hamashiach, I've learned how to talk with him and walk with Him daily.  HE TRULY LOVES ME and I am so not worthy!  Therefore, I live a REPENTIVE life.  I try to remember to ask for forgiveness for any sin that I have done knowingly and unknowingly.  And truly want to change, that's repentance.

"And He walks with me

and He talks with me

and He tells me I am His own,

and the joy we share as we tarry there,

None other has ever known"

Words and Music by C. Austin Miles, 1912

That's one of my favorite old-time hymns with great memories attached.  I can hardly wait to upload my husband's first recorded cd, FAMILY TREE.  That old hymn's rendition is on display as well as a few more popular hymns.  I just love my husband's voice.  He is so talented.  I've been encouraging him to play more but I'm not pushy.  I don't like that feeling of pressure and deadlines.  I have to do it in my own time or it won't be right.  It's kind of like the potters’ wheel and baking it just right in the kiln.  It's a process and it can't be rushed.

On the other hand, some people start and finish a project in one day!  Read how C. Austin Miles was inspired and wrote, In The Garden.

Let me touch a little about when I pray because I'm thinking someone out there is wondering about prayer.  When I rededicated my life to the Lord and baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit, I became powerful!!  My prayers are powerful!  The prayers of the righteous avail much!

James 5:15-17

21st Century King James Version

15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

17 Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are. And he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it rained not on the earth for the space of three years and six months.

l thank the Lord for many, many things when I pray.  I thank him for our health, our family, our protection, and whatever else just pops into my head.  As a matter of fact, sometimes it's a conversation I have with Him inside my head and then our conversation spills out into a full-blown one-sided audible conversation.  It's kind of funny. (hee hee)  It's a good thing we have pets because if I'm outside I can act like I'm talking to my pets.  If I'm driving, I pretend I'm on the phone but really I just don't care if people see me talking or singing in the car.  LOL

In the Bible, the Lord says to let the little children come to me, this is exactly what it says in the New International Version,

Luke 18:16-17:

But Jesus called the children to him and said,

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them,

for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

17 Truly I tell you, anyone, who will not receive the kingdom of God

as a little child

will never enter it."

So, in other words, COME DOWN OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE, your brain can't comprehend what I, the Lord have for those that LOVE ME!  DO NOT keep yourself, your children, or anyone else from coming to me, sitting at my feet, and learning about ME, YESHUA HAMASHIACH, JESUS THE MESSIAH.  Fall into my lap of LOVE, come sit on PAPA'S lap.  Rest!

As I type this now, I'm finishing up a lesson on YouTube, Curt Landry on YouTube from my cell phone.  I honor him, his wife Christie, and their ministry members.  He and Dr. Jay Swallow had such a great relationship.  To this day, the Indian blanket given to Rabbi Landry from Dr. Swallow lays ontop of Rabbi Landry's Pulpit (Bema) along with a covering on top of Dr. Swallows.  Check it out, it is right on stage.

Website Updates

Tuesday, February 2, 2021

Hello friends,

Thanks for returning.  Unless this is your first time here, I welcome you!  I've only been blogging consistently for two weeks and please feel free to post on your social media.  I do not own most social media accounts.  However, I've been working on this website, an art gallery endeavor for a very long time.  It now has room for more Native American artists and entrepreneurial marketing.  I've recently set a firm day and time to post my blogs no later than:

Tuesday & Saturday 11:55 P.M.

and as early as I choose.  I've been a day early posting and I've been only a minute or two posting early.  I do not have this on an automatic schedule, I'm typing LIVE right before I post.  I'm keeping accountable to you my friends!

I must confess that I have gone back an hour later with revisions on some of the blogs.  I've learned to label that date.  So, if you see "updated and a date" you'll know that I've changed somethings since I originally posted it at 11:55 Tues. and Sat.

 Thanks again for being here!

As always, leave me a comment or your constructive criticism.  Leave me a prayer request if you like too and I will send it to some prayer partners.

It has taken some patience and looking back now I can actually breathe!  I needed those times when I built my website with Vistaprint two, no - make that three times now.  The first lasted only one year and I closed it.  Then a year later start another website with them for a month and then for some reason or another close it down too.  I tried Wix, I didn't get too far into it to be able to give a rating. I tried helping a church with their website but a few things were going on and it amazes me how far I have come.

The words that keep playing in my head are; quitters never win and successful people get back up.

That's my goal, never quit and get back up.
